Hi everyone,

I wanted to inform you that if there is a period of time where I don't

post to the list, please do not worry. There may be times where I need

to be hospitalized due to my bipolar and rapid cycling. I had to be

hospitalized for several days last month, so this is a reality I now

have to deal with. If there comes a time when I need to go inpatient, I

promise to update everyone on how I'm doing as soon as I'm discharged.
