Hey dimonds, don't worry, passing stones in a liver flush does not hurt at all! I can't even feel it, I have to check out the toilet to know if I passed them or not. It isn't like passing a kidney stone--I've never had any of those, but I heard that those definitely hurt. That's different.

Just take things easy...you may be way more sensitive than me. Why don't you try the Swedish Bitters first and see how that helps you out? You may want to try that for a month or two to work up to a liver flush, especially if you don't want to do the coffee enemas. Or you can do a milder form of liver flush than what I do, or maybe even do what does, with the 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in the morning....(, wasn't that what you said Mercola told you to do?)
