Guest guest
Hi Tim, You said: << I was just wondering how many members read their local daily newspaper on a regular basis or do you just not have the time for it?>> Most days, sooner or later, I manage to read my local paper. I also like to catch the Boston Globe or Herald (Boston's the closest major city to me), and no day would be complete without the NY Times (you can always tell a former New Yawka). Why do you ask? Guest guest
I don't read the paper either, only get the news on the net and on TV. On the net I read the New York Times, Washington Post, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal. I also watch all the news from Italy, France, Germany and England. The newspapers are too much to deal with.

Guest guest
Don't read them at all ~ get all my stuff off the net and sometimes watch TV. But, remember, you're asking a very selective group here - people who use the net, are LOOKING for answers, motivated, etc. At first, I thought papers would be a waste of time, but then realized that it's important to remember just who does read their local papers. I'm in no way trying to be condescending to any particular segment of our society, but when I wrote for our local papers, I was told to take my writing down quite a few notches, as they set their standards at approximately the 8.3 grade reading level to accomodate their readerships. Soooo, that tells me that there will be a lot of people who are in that category, who don't know the truth, are having problems, and can be reached...Just a thought... Guest guest
Dear Tim, I only read newspapers occasionally. I get most of my info from the internet and try to keep up with foreign newspapers online but I just don't have enuff time to be regular about it. I'd be reading 24/7. I get NY times online. Also, my town puts out a weekly independent freebie that I read religiously. Being an independent, it prints stuff that the regular newspaper wouldn't touch. > No time. > suzy > > > >From: Casey <prozackills2002@y...> > >Reply-SSRI medications@y... > >SSRI medications@y... > >Subject: Curiousity > >Date: Thu, 28 Feb 2002 21:04:23 -0500 (EST) > > > >Dear Crusaders, > > > > I was just wondering how many members read their > >local daily newspaper on a regular basis or do you > >just not have the time for it? > > > > Tim > > > >_____________________________________________________________________ _ > >Find, Connect, Date! http://personals..ca > > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
, first of all, I don’t think weight has to do with all of it. Sure, usually the skinnier you are the smaller amount of breast tissue you have, but let me tell you, I have some very thin friends who have some chests, girls! Bigger than mine, and they are not implants, they have always had larger bust lines form early on. Blessed heredity! And I don’t think capsules were left behind for most of us, as we were informed in this group, all went to special surgeons...( I know for Crystal and me they weren't left in and we are about the same size, larger than we thought we would be) I think that there are several factors. One is that no matter what your body fat %, some women were larger when implanted, or/ and also some continue to grow small amounts of breast tissue from hormonal issues, like pregnancy (some lose, and some of my friends got bigger after childbirth permanently! Ye gads! ) age, and estrogens in the environment. I know that my little sis who went to Ireland this year, who is 22 came back almost another cup bigger! She asked for new bras for Christmas, (my mother was appauled, she was like "I will buy them for you if you need them, don't ask for them for Christmas Larena!" )I'm like what are you doing? She hasn’t gained weight either, perhaps there is a small amount of tissue growth over the years due to several factors, but it happens. I also have noticed and inquired if certain lifts, or getting a lift at all, will take off a little more, and actually asked if this were true to my ps, and others. I was told it is so. Esp with some specific lifts... In any case: When you pull up skin, disgard and lift, you also lose. I'm sure it is worth losing a little to look good (as you do) but it happens. Another thing, look at the girls not lifted. They pretty much (not all) look larger, and have good amounts of tissue remaining. But what are you going to do? In some circumstances not getting a lift would be frightening! Anyway, just my two cents worth. ----- Original Message ----- From: naturalbeauty38 Sent: Monday, December 22, 2003 7:01 PM Subject: Curiousity Ok you guys I have to know something, it is really bugging me! Not in a bad way, just wondering why it is that so many women look so big after getting explanted? I have to wonder if your a B cup why you would get implants or if it has something to do with the capsule, is the capsule being left behind leaving them to look bigger? I mean the last few ladies pics I have seen were really pretty busty! I wonder if it is body fat/weight gain? What the deal is. Does anyone have any ideas about this? For me I always was small but loved my natural boobs till after I had my daughter and gained and lost 60 pounds, it took a huge toll on my body. I was always a Full A cup or maybe a small B cup but now I am barely an A cup really. I do not mind because I feel that with my size they fit me ok, and I can wear some padding to add to them. I know that all my capsule was removed, every shred of it, so I know that may be part of it. But aren't these other PS's removing all the capsules too? I would hope so! Anyhow, if anyone can tell me what they think about this I would love to hear about it.
Guest guest
for the most part I do agree with what your saying, however, breasts are fatty tissue, this is a fact, and it is also a fact that MOST women that have low body fat have little breast tissue. Look at any weightlifting magazine, this is a fact. body fat makes a huge difference. I also think weight affects breasts. WHen i was 140 pounds I wore a C cup, so I know for sure that it makes a difference. Younger girls tend to have denser tissue, so age has allot to do with it too. I also know for a fact that in my case I did end up smaller after the lift, but I had no other choice since all I had removed was skin, there was no real tissue there, it was total skin. I would bet that most women in general if they get their body fat under 20% would lose breast tissue. I really feel that this is true. But again just my own opinion and from my own experience. I know there are always exceptions of course, there are some busty gals, out there but again why would so many skinny girls be getting implants if they did not lack tissue? do you wiegh more now than when you got your implants? I guess that was my question, is how many women that got explanted have gained weight since getting implanted. You look great , but if you lose 20 pounds don't you think some of it will come off your chest? If not then your really really lucky! For me that last 20 of the 60 pounds I lost dropped me from a C to an A. Anyhow not trying to argue I just want to know, maybe I should make a poll and see how many girls that are larger than before implants after explant actualy weigh more now than they did. That woudl be interesting don't you think? hugs <juliejp61@m...> wrote: > , first of all, I don't think weight has to do with all of it. Guest guest
, it seems that you are upset . Sorry if you took things wrong. I said I don’t think weight has all to do with all of it. Not that weight cant contribute to more breast tissue. But so can hormones , and perhaps age can too. It is also a fact that breast size is determined not only by weight gain or loss, but by genetic makeup. That is a fact. What runs in the family, or your genes. What you get in the game. You should have just asked then how many of us have gained weight after implants. I am sure it is pretty common, as implants, and many of the toxins used in them are known to mess with out endocrine system, (thyroid, fibro, Ovarian disease) and hormonal balances as well. An if these are out of whack, then weight gain is right around the corner. To me though, There are several factors at play. I was a lot skinnier then, but also only 20 years old. Like my sis, I would have probably grown some, and I do know some women (my mom for one) after childbirth instead of losing , actually gaining breast tissue. I do think Implants mess with many women's metabolism, like thyroid issues, like many others here have. Which contributes to weight gain. Sure weight gain, equals more breast tissue for some. Actually most. I didn’t argue that. But I wouldn’t just label women having more because they gained weight. It just isn't one thing in all cases. It can be several things. I have read so many books on hormones it is amazing what our bodies do and continue to do as we get older. I am sure you don’t have a lot, as you are thin, and do have low body fat. But it also isn't in your genes to be over well endowed. You can fight heredity all you want, lose a lot of weight and all...but if you are made to have bigger ta ta's , 20%or 40% body fat, you will still have more than norm even if you lose weight. That's how you are made. My girl friend , no matter what she loses, had those same ole big boobies still there. But her mom is big, sis is too, so is her grandma. Its in her genes to always be blessed fatter or skinnier. Sure she may lose some, but they stick around. Even if she was 100 pounds. Like I said, I don’t think it is all based on one thing only, like weight and body fat. Heredity can play a part, so do hormones and aging. And, So does weight, like I said. Why don’t you just do a poll on all of us that have gained weight then? That’s what you think. I only answered what I did as you asked for some of our thoughts on it. But it really all comes down to weight right? ----- Original Message ----- From: naturalbeauty38 Sent: Monday, December 22, 2003 10:05 PM Subject: Re: Curiousity for the most part I do agree with what your saying, however, breasts are fatty tissue, this is a fact, and it is also a fact that MOST women that have low body fat have little breast tissue. Guest guest
I am not at all upset honey, not at all, sorry if it seemed that way. I am just stating that from my own experience and also from the norm of what I see and know to be true, most women with low body fat and that are extremely athletic are not big breasted. it is a fact. I am not saying there are not exceptions, however there are always exceptions. But the fact is most girls that are extremely athletic lose their boobs, which is why most of the girls in say fitness and muscle competitions have implants. I am not saying that my genes dont' have anything to do with my breasts but my mom is a C cup and a little overwieght and when I was overwieght I also was a C cup. I know that some women can appear small, did you know for example that asians, some of the thinnest women you will see, often have higher body fat than average, it is not something that shows, it is just that they don't have allot of muscle mass. Anyhow honey don't go thinking I am upset because I disagree with you. I can honestly say that after living in Ca and knowing tons of total fitness freaks, over obsessed ones at that, none of them had big boobs not a single one, unless they had implants, and that was out of allot of women. I just don't know many women with big boobs that are extremely athletic. Now thin women that are of average athletic shape yeah they might have more tissue than others. Anyhow, that is really pretty true again like I said, there may be one or two women who are different from the norm, but I have yet to see very many women that have natural breast bigger than a B that are low body fat. I guess I am not talking about average women either, I am refering to athletes. If you look at ice skaters, gymnasts, ballet dancers soccer players, basketball players, runners, bikers, they are all flat chested or at least small chested. I know that my body fat is directly linked to my chest size. I should post the pics of me at 140 pounds, I had huge boobs. That is only 20 pounds and it made a huge difference. Anyhow, i am just sharing my opinion and my experience and you are as well and that is cool that you know women with thin bodies that have big boobs, I personally cannot think of one single woman I know here that fits that bill. I didn't argue that. But I wouldn't just label women having more because they gained weight. It just isn't one thing in all cases. It can be several things. I have read so many books on hormones it is amazing what our bodies do and continue to do as we get older. > > I am sure you don't have a lot, as you are thin, and do have low body fat. Like I said, I don't think it is all based on one thing only, like weight and body fat. Heredity can play a part, so do hormones and aging. And, So does weight, like I said. > > Why don't you just do a poll on all of us that have gained weight then? That's what you think. I only answered what I did as you asked for some of our thoughts on it.
