The CI will get slightly warm, not hot. It shouldn't be warmer than you can

touch. I put both my CI & my hearing aid in the dry & store every night. I'm

very good about changing out the D & S bricks every couple of months. I haven't

had a bit of trouble with either my CI or HA, and I do tend to be very sweaty

especially in the mornings and in the warmer months.

Now for a question of my own... how often do you change out the magnet cord?

I've had the same one since activation, nearly a year ago. I've only changed the

mike cover once in that time. Not sure if it's because I keep it in the D & S each

night or if there are other factors.

Ok, thank you all for your replies. Hmm, how could one tell if one needs a new

dri brick? And could that also play a factor in the ci getting warm, the dry n

store needing a new brick?
