Sawyer, I asked my doctor's office for the booklet that went with my

implants and they insist they don't have it. I also asked Mentor for

a copy of the booklet that I would have gotten in 1999 and they said

that they destroy all old booklets when the new ones come out. I

told her that there had to be archived copies somewhere and she

insisted there wasn't. I'm not sure how to proceed. Maybe someone

who's sick like me has a copy?? I'll try posting a note and cross my

fingers!
