MicroLink Adapter Coming for Cochear's Nucleus 5 Processor

There have been inquiries on some lists with regard to the ability to use a

plug-in, ear-level FM receiver such as the MicroLink with Cochlear's

Nucleus 5 processor ( CP810).

Albeit not available yet in the US, I located a page from Cochlear Europe

that shows the required Euro 3-pin adapter and how it is fitted to the

There the device is listed as " coming soon " with no launch date predicted (

In September, 2009)

However, on the UK's Sounding Board, April, 2010 was noted for availability

there.
