Take a cotton ball and saturate it with vaseline, and stick it in your ear - vaseline side out. That will act as a water barrier. After you're done washing the hair, remove the cottom ball, and gently wipe away any excess still around your ear. But NOT with a Q-tip. Just use the end of your towel. Glad you're recovery is going well. Any suggestions how not to et water in the ear? hold a wash cloth over the ear, etc?
