Thanks for the info.

I've never been a head shaker after showering.  that's what towel's are for.

I leave that to my dog.

I'll try the cotton ball with vaseline.

I could NOT shake my head to get excess water off - really made a weird

phantom sound and I got dizzy. Do the cotton ball suggestion but remember to

avoid shaking your head after showering post surgery. After a month or two, all

was well and I could do the " wet dog " shake <G>

Just had a half a bowl of aotmeal with blueberries in it.  Am getting ready

to ahve my forst post op bath.  Monday I will be washing my hiair for the

first time.  instructions say I can get incision wet but no water in the ear.
