Well one of them is " the parts are on order " along with " the check is in the mail " . Guess they were doing the older implanted people first. I got my rechargeables about 5 weeks ago. Worth the wait. I sent Cochlear an e-mail & got a response right away - they are on backorder I have no idea when I will get mine, sigh!
