Hi Terri,

See knowing what it's NOT is almost as good as knowing what it is. So

even negative information is good information.

Hi Carol & everyone who has chimed in about static-

I asked my husband to listen through the headphones and he could hear my

voice and my

hands fiddling with the CI but no static.

I feel relieved to know what is it NOT!
