I am glad for you, Moses. My N5 processors arrived today, much sooner than

the predicted 6-8 weeks, & I will see the audie in a few weeks. I hope

others are getting theirs too.

Moses,

that's wonderful news.

Please be sure to keep us posted and share everything about your experience

using the N5 vs the Freedom. You sure would be able to give good feedback

since you have your CI for so long and had the 3G, if I'm correct? You will

be able to compare 3G vs Freedom vs N5.

Ilana

Dont look for UPS. You want to keep an eye out for FedEx. LOL And you

will have to sign for it. If you can get the tracking info, or the delivery

date, that will help.

Moses,

Do you have traditional Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan? I thought

Medicare does not preapprove anything.

Medicare did not pay for my Freedom either, and my 3G must be about 8 years

old by now. Cochlear's reimbursement department told me that Medicare

would not cover an upgrade for me until October regardless of who paid for my

Freedom.
