Guest guest
Oh Lord, , I know you are right, what do I do? I told him I wanted one and he said that he would be risking excess bleeding and he would have to cut under my breast and not go thru the original incision. Can I back out right now, what legal right do I have? I know I have 48 hrs for a backout of any contract by law, so can I get my money back? I might just lose my 250.00 deposit. please help.... Guest guest
Iggy try to stay calm. Your in the right here, he is the one who has to do what you want him to, remember it is your body and your life. He has no right to tell you what you have to do with your body, he is your Dr and he is obligated. He sounds like a reall jerk to me. I would not want someone like that operating on me, even for free! NOPE! I would set about getting whatever money you gave him back.Often times they have a non refundable portion, I am not sure if he does that or not. Either way, I would tell him straight up that you have changed your mind, that you want a complete capsulectomy with your explant and that since he does not seem to think that is a necessity that you want to go to a Dr who specializes in women with implant complications and systemic illness. You always have the right to get a second opinion and to chose with whom you will trust your body to. Remember this is serious, this is your life on the line here. Surgery carries risks, so when you lay down on that table you want to be in the very best hands, so that you can heal, and rest knowing your doing everything possible to get well. You will have to tell me more about where you are? Of course everyone here knows I feel strongly about Dr Feng as the best surgeon out there for explantation. She def has the most experience at it, this is undeniable. She knows allot about making the most of what tissue you do have, and so she would be my number one choice. If you cannot get to her, than I would start with the list on this site. Start asking around on this and the other sites, like explantation.com. Listen I am runnning late, shoot I need to get to work write more and when I get home at 3pm I will come back on here to reply hugs In , " iggyangel7 " <Iggys_girl@m...> wrote: > Oh Lord, , I know you are right, what do I do?
