Pain Relievers with Lexapro

What do you take if you have a headache or backache? The Lexapro site says don't

take Lexapro with NSAIDS, including aspirin, because of the risk of

gastrointestinal bleeding as well as bleeding at other sites. I'd like to get an

idea of what others who take Lexapro take for pain.
