40 mg

My doctor has me now on 40 mg of Lex. I started out on 10 back in

December then went to 20 in February and recently 40. Anyone else

here on that big of a dose and is that really big?

I'm still not feeling a whole lot better.

Hello Janette:

I had gotten up to 30mg myself but it caused a gamit of side effects

for me so I weaned myself off.

Perhaps if it is not helping, you might ask for a different med.

Hi J - I'm also on 40 mg. I was moved up pretty quickly... within a

couple of months of starting. It definitely helped. But I think my

biggest boost came when my dr. determined I was ADD (totally shocked

me) and added 40 mg. Strattera. I feel great now - like a new

person! (I should also note that I'm still on a small dose of xanax

but hope to eliminate it as I stabalize with the Strattera.)
