Guest guest
Hi Dawn, Day 3 for me too. I am not measuring or counting anything, though. It is just too much to do, and you dont need to on this program, which is why I love it. I cant stand the thought of counting until I die!!! What made you decide to count your foods? Eating 6 meals a day can be tough. I find that when I am at work, I dont eat at the times I plan. But I manage to fit it all in. When I get hungry, I know it is time to eat. As for the water--You will get used to it. I am and have been drinking about 100oz of water daily for about 3 years now. I cant drink anything else!! Keep up the good work!! I have to say I love this program and all it offers. i am feeling fantastic!! 3rd day I'm also new my third day. I have the exercise thing down (x-personal trainer) but the food is hard. My problem was I don't eat or drink enough. 6 meals is very hard for me and my water intake i need the restrooms to be closer to my desk at work. I hope by next week my body gets used to eatting more. i will say this morning at 5 i was starving but to the gym i went. Had a nice breakfast when i got done. I go on this web sit it free and i really like it... www.sparkspeole.com. It gives you a ton of information how many calories, proteins, carb and fat you should be eating and a log to put all your food choices in.so if you see yourself gaining weight you can check back at your foods for that week and readust. At the end of the day I can see what my totals are. It also has a weight program were it tells you how much cal you are burning. Pictures of exercises. I like it because I like to log stuff in and it addes up everything for me. Dawn

If I measure things i can figure out my calories, protein, carbs and fat. So far I feel great today I want chocolate so we will see how that goes. Guest guest
I haven't heard anyone speak of side effects, most people I have talked to dont' have any, but that doesn't mean you won't.
