Can Luvox be taken with Lexapro?

I'm switching to Luvox from 15 mg of Lexapro. Problem is I fell anxious when I

switch in one day as doc ordered. Can I keep 5 mg of lexapro for a week

while on 100 mg of luvox? In other words can luvox and lexapro be taken

together? Please answer
