Guest guest
Hello : Amazing that we can all have such different reactions to all these medications. Interesting that no one has recently spoken of life circumstances that really can influence the way we react to them as well. No question there is something at work on you during those those sleepless work nights IMHO. I know that I recently had a job that I hated...I was almost happy when the job went away, and it paid alot of $$...I had a similar reaction to yours about having trouble sleeping on work nights. Now that I look back on it in my case it may have been that by staying awake, it was a seeming longer time before having to go to work again.....(for my subconcious). Even though I have suffered from GAD and Depression for over 5 years, this sleepless thing is a pretty new experience for me. My Pdoc was always amazed when he asked me about my sleep and I replied... " I sleep like a stone " now it is way different. I am pretty sure that it is the anxiety that awakens me in the middle of the night, and now I have trouble getting back to sleep if I do at all. Funny though, I usually am in bed for less that 1/2 hr before falling asleep!! Later jeff > I actually have trouble sleeping even when I take Ambien some nights. Again, it is always on work nights so I think there is more to it than just the Lex side effect. > > I am glad you are feeling less " foggy " after decreasing your dose! > > > > > > > > Forgot to mention...I also am having trouble staying asleep...only > > getting 5-6 hrs a night and have suspected it may be the Lex.I also > > get up in an anxious state.
