It will do as good job as epsom salt, and it taste a lot better ) #2 -fill up capsuls with MgSO4 (1 tbs) (ca 5 -8 capsules) and drink those capsules with water, one by one, , from 18:00 to 20:00 - in the morning use salt water oral enema as explained above. #3 Use capsules with MgO-magnesium oxide instead of MgSO4 in the evening, -in the morning use 1 kg of grapes, to get diarrhea. #4 -standard recepy in the evening - anal enema in the morning , instead of epsom salt #5 -make your own recepy That's it.
