There are some alterntives:

-take half of the recommended dose in the evening (2 cups of water + 1 tbsp

of MgSO4)(that tastes a little better) ,

-in the morning replace epsom salt with sea salt - take 2 cups of salty

water (2 cups of water + 2 to 3 tbsp of UNREFINED sea salt. It will do as

good job as epsom salt, and it taste a lot better )

-fill up capsuls with MgSO4 (1 tbs) (ca 5 -8 capsules) and drink those

capsules with water, one by one, , from 18:00 to 20:00

- in the morning use salt water oral enema as explained above.

Use capsules with MgO-magnesium oxide instead of MgSO4 in the evening,

-in the morning use 1 kg of grapes, to get diarrhea.
