Getting ready to start Lexapro

I have taken Paxil with too many side effects. I went for a year

unmedicated and my anxiety and stress cause me to have more migraines

so the doctor put me on Effexor but I had an allergic reaction to that

so now he wants me to try Lexapro. I am worried about the side

effects. Could some of you share some effects I might expect?
