So even if it was below 500 they could consider it a relapse. This is from diversion ca, maximus program. I am no longer in diversion waiting for probation. I am afraid I will be unable to get through probation either, since I could never stop testing positive. I would would have 3 neg then 1 pos. It'd be nice if the info was straight across the board..... I call for every result, as they notified me on my one positive 3 months later. My monitor said uh oh.....the level is 260. I said...well, I have been advised that the cutoff is 500 now. She said yes it was, but still wanted a letter that we had discussed it. " per my old case manager Look at lorie in the pharmacy progam, has 1 positive and she is punished 1st time. I am getting a head ache just thinking about it, it doesn't make any sense to me. Just to clarify everyone's position........stupid is too tame a word for it all. So Probation's cutoff is 500 & Diversion's is still 250? I thought the cutoff was set by the BRN & was to be the same for both programs---who knows what is really happening; not the right hand, not the left hand. I call the billing office they tell me it's fron my July 27th test. but I was billed in Aug?? Well those results didn't make it to the interface I'm told. OH so now I know why I was sent to administrative court over this, I say. She wants to connect me to "" I said what's the point? So I agree and "" wants to send a letter to my case worker I explained I don't have one anymore it's over and done with! NO NO who can I send an email to? well, send it to , so I wait as she nervously tries to type it. I asked why they didn't know about it "Oh they knew about it Why didn't you notify those that were tested? "we don't know who was tested" was the answer..then who the hell knows who is being tested on which day if they don't!!!!..they have no clue as to what thier F & *% mistakes can do to someone.... like an email was going to help me ...an email 5 months later...no one knows what the hell they are doing...
