Let's face it...we have turned into a fear based country...the boards are driven by fear that they may not be able to 'protect the public'...so they hammer anyone, guilty or not...since 911, the fear of terrorism has rocked this country to a point where our own rights are being violated in the name of 'protecting the public'. There are too many fear based religions, laws, etc...which is turning everything around to the point that what is suppose to 'protect' us causes us greater fear ans suffering! Marketers, like the labs, play on everyone's fear....that is how they sell Etg and how the boards get away with how they use it. In the Nurenburg trails, a German leader said it is easy to drag people to war...just make them afraid...tell them they are being attached. This test is marketed and used through the fear factor...until that changes, I doubt that much will change.
