Guest guest
Does anyone have the guideline for testing set down by the US Department of Health and Human Services? I am trying to find the testing guidelines that they use for federal employees for alcohol. The SAMHSA advisory helps but its not the specific testing policy. The reason I need this is the courts in CA say alcohol testing must comply with these standards. So if the standards are different from the way I was tested then I can try and get the pos result thrown out. CA Family Code 3041.5 " If substance abuse testing is ordered by the court, the testing shall be performed in conformance with procedures and standards established by the United States Department of Health and Human Services for drug testing of federal employees. " I am trying to use the courts own rules against them. I doubt that Fed employees are doing Alcohol EtG testing to a 100ng/ml cutoff.
