There has been no one coming forward as yet suffering consequences of a false positive that were tested by those labs. If that should happen, they will be named. I don't know how many professional programs these other labs deal with, but I am sure they will get hit if and when this moves into the criminal DUI and family court monitoring programs! I agree...it would be a shame to see them slip by....more will be revealed...the truth always does come out...that is why we have gotton this far! Hi all..this made me soooo excited last night, I emailed the

attorneys working on this, and low and behold, living in california,

I can still join the crowd. I was told by email today that so far

they have 20 professionals from the state of california. I don't

have any problems with my 2 'positives' yet, but I know there will

be....a friend was notified 31 days before end of probation that they

were turning her back in to the AG for her dirty tests....2 of which

were UNDER the cutoff. She has seen Dr. Sucher, and he is going to

appear at her hearing....but geeeeeze. I am scared, seriously scared

and nervous.....I don't like living in this fear, especially when I

have 8 years clean/sober on the 23rd of this month.....makes me feel

like a bad kid going to the principal every time I have to go

test.....I don't think I can take much more.....and whatever you all

do, don't eat lean cuisine....most have alcohol in them....thanks

for your diligence. I hope that this pays off for all of us.

31 days before the end of Probation??? Busted for levels under the cutoff??? Yep, I have never really been too scared, but now this thing with

the friend in my group going to the AG for revocation of probation, I

am worried. I will have 8 years clean in 12 days.....finish

probation on October 16th...God willing....I try not to breathe when

my daughter sprays hair spray...and get to close to hubby when he

puts on cologne. And, I keep saying my prayers
