THC that's pot ...Its nice to meet you ....ETG tests for ethanol THC is stored in fat cells hard to get rid of ..can take a month to clear...I don't know your situation but you are pregnant I don't believe that the baby will be affected but the stress of testing will affect the child..too much worry and maybe adrenalin...so the ball is in your court...check your slips at the pee drop off to see what you are tested for and report back ...because if alcohol is a screen pregnancy could throw it off ..blessed be get back to us and welcome aboard.............

Could the culprit possibly be hemp oil? You might look at all your shampoos and body products. It's not in your run-of-the-mill off-the-shelf items at Walgreen's, but it's the only thing I can think of.

Drug test false positive

I take 6 UAs per month and I have been clean for over a year, on Aug. 4 my test came up low positive for thc. 2 days later i found out i was pregnant. I had the urin retested, and a hair follicle test done, they both came back negative. a month later on sep. 9 the same thing happened. All the tests inbetween came back negative, this is the first time in a year that this has happened, i dont take any medication nor am i around any kind of thc (that i know of) can anyone tell me why this could be happening or what i could do to stop it?

I know what ur going through, when I was 7 months pregnant I had a false positive. "They" didn't tell you what you tested + for? Why not? I know my cm tells everyone w/ a + exactly what the substance is. I can't believe how many of us are out there, how many

lives/careers ... are at stake and the powers that be rely on this

test? I'm from PA too, they wouldn't tell me either what I was

positive for, until after the retest " confirmed " the positive result

and I sent in a letter of explaination in as to what led up to the

positive test. I had eaten a casserole that cooking sherry was used

in. (didn't know until after I ate it) that's the only thing I can

come up with, but my permission to work has been taken away while the

program manager is " fact finding " - like this never happened before.

Has anyone actually won this battle? I've been gathering as much

info that I can get, to ready myself to stand up for myself. It

still makes me shiver reading how many nurses and health

professionals this has happened to.

pennsyamy:There are several of us here from PA, some have had to sign

new contracts with extensions of 3 yrs to keep our license and some

have had their license suspended, and some have done both. I know of

one person who got through unscathed....very rare. We are all hoping

that the recent advisory and WSJ articles will help our cases. Read

through the database and files to see what has been posted by some of

the original members who were kind enough to do all that footwork.

I am so upset by this all over again; I was recently hopeful that things would

get better for

us, but I CAN'T BELIEVE what they are doing to , in MY state, and I'm sick

to my

stomach and in total fear right now; How can they say, " we just don't care what

it says; " I

don't understand, if SAMHSA is an organization that sets standards for them at a

federal

level...If I were you , I would scramble to find a good attorney that can

start working

aggressively on your case TOMMORROW, and deal with what it costs later, as

you're gonna

have some kind of fee acruance regardless of if its rehab or legal...Who knows,

maybe

things will work out in your favor and you wouldn't have to pay anyway...I'm

gonna e-mail

you privately the name of someone I have heard of that deals with this sort of

thing...I am

praying for you...
