Guest guest
: I have been looking for an attorney, and have been told that the Pathology report must say damage from silicone. It is so important to have a good PS, most are not admitting to anything. I was also told that for lawsuits its better to have a third party be in control of the implants. I am looking for a place to have mine sent for safety after explant on Sept 16. I am in the process of looking into some other avenues for attorneys if I have any luck i'll let you know. My implants were put in in 1989, Mentor Silicone. Your PS should of been able to tell you. Who was your original PS? If it was different than the one that removed them , have them request your medical file. You are entitled to them, if they did'nt implant in own practice, call the hospital for records. Most attorneys think it's a big joke! excuse me but there a bunch of non feeling ignorant idiots. Medical Malpractice HA HA, we should of spilled a cup of coffee on us from Mcs, now thats a joke. No we were just lied to and poisoned now whats wrong with that? Welcome to the justice system. Political, Medical, Legal unjustice. I was married some time ago to one of the sons of one of the owners of the family of One of the top 100 riches business in America. He beat me, in front of my children and friends, I went thru two surgeries, there were wittnesses, five counts of terrorisum. They had 4,5,6, attorneys lies, lies, lies. I ended up sleeping on the floor at my girl friends house with my children, 6 months of physical therapy to prepare for surgery. He was slapped on the hand, had to pay $600. to womens crisis center go to argue management classes for a year, once a month, thats it. Justice, Our justice is hard found and rarely happens. I have to trust in God. Hugs and Inspiration k varni, California
