I think I will always be one's of those people who drink the protein shakes too. I start out with one every morning because it is easy to do for breakfast and nothing else really sounds good. And I go walking first thing in the mornings too. Eggs don't work very good for me in the morning--better in a salad. I tend to graze and nuts (or trail mix) are something that I grazed on along with veggies. I find that red meat is something that I don't eat much of any more. And I USED to love only red meat. Now I eat more chicken and fish--I never thought I would say that. I don't eat large amounts of any meat. 3 oz of chicken maybe 1.5 or 2 oz of red meat when I eat it. Salads seem to work the very best for me with some chicken in them.

Bipley thanks for being honest--we can always count on you telling it like it is. When I want something sweet, I try to share a some cake or cookies with Bob and have a few bites and he gets the rest. Gelato works better for me than Ice Cream, and I always get the child size.
