Guest guest Posted January 29, 2003 Report Share Posted January 29, 2003 Hi Yvette--I was just thinking to myself this morning that there really are some things that pay off (like keeping my dog on an umbilical cord attached to my belt the first 3 months when she was a puppy--she never pees in the house, never chews things and has perfect manners). Well, you are an example of how BFL pays off! You look fantastic and are so lucky to be well proportioned. Me, I'm going to look like an apple no matter how much I work out, most likely. I'd be walking around flexing those quads and staring at myself all day if I were you! I'd get nothing done! (but I'm going to risk it anyway, lol) CONGRATULATIONS! WELL DONE! I started at a similar weight and am at the same end weight as you- but don't look nearly as good as you do!
