You look so good! Oh my gosh--your legs! You have quad definition!!

Your hard work has paid off!! There's no way you're above 20%--no

way, not with the definition in your abs and legs.

Are you seeing your parents soon? You're going to knock their socks

off.

Hi Yvette--I was just thinking to myself this morning that there

really are some things that pay off (like keeping my dog on an

umbilical cord attached to my belt the first 3 months when she was a

puppy--she never pees in the house, never chews things and has

perfect manners).

Well, you are an example of how BFL pays off! You look fantastic and

are so lucky to be well proportioned. Me, I'm going to look like an

apple no matter how much I work out, most likely.

I'd be walking around flexing those quads and staring at myself all

day if I were you! I'd get nothing done! (but I'm going to risk it

anyway, lol) CONGRATULATIONS! WELL DONE!

My stats are almost exactly the same as you... I started at a

similar weight and am at the same end weight as you- but don't look

nearly as good as you do! Goes to show what a difference muscles

make.

Theresa,

Was that a picture of the hardware that you used to have in your

spine?? That's quite a collection! I am hoping to keep what they

remove from me, but they told me they can't guarantee it.
