That sounds like an awesome book. I am gonna order it this weekend. I just went

to the website, and read the whole thing, since I was stuck at my computer chair

and could not move...I'm holding my sick daughter on my lap.

I was searching for some cookbooks low carb high protein and I can across one

that I am really enjoying and wish I would have gotten it before I had my

surgery. It is Weight Loss surgery for Dummies and there is alot of good recipes

and information in there. I would recommend it to anyone.
