Guest guest
That sounds like an awesome book. I am gonna order it this weekend. I just went to the website, and read the whole thing, since I was stuck at my computer chair and could not move...I'm holding my sick daughter on my lap. Thanks for the link. ~ Skwigg <skwigg@...> wrote: I'll add " The Quest for Peace, Love and a 24 " Waist " by Deborah Low http://www.deborahlow.com/index.htm On 8/10/05, DeDe Spicher <dedespicher@...> wrote: > Aimee's post just got me thinking about some of my favorite and most > supportive books I've encountered along my Journey of Health and > Fitness. Guest guest
I was searching for some cookbooks low carb high protein and I can across one that I am really enjoying and wish I would have gotten it before I had my surgery. It is Weight Loss surgery for Dummies and there is alot of good recipes and information in there. I would recommend it to anyone.
