Guest guest
Both the strawberry and the unflavored Unjury products are good mixed with crystal light, juice, and jello. They also have a chicken soup protein powder that is okay - just not like the broth you got at the hospital! > > I just had the Revision surgery last Saturday. Dr. A said that I need to be on the clear liquid phase for 15 days instead of 10 due to it being a revision. I have kept up with my protein requirements thus far. Today is a different story, I've tried getting the Isopure down and I'm gagging. Are there any other clear protein suggestions? I still have 11 days left for the clear stage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. > > Thanks, > Dawn >

Guest guest
One of the things that worked for me was chicken broth from www.unjury.com Go to the site and just order just a few packets--not a big container of it. It will be something that you will get tired of, but it didn't taste that bad. I hated Isopure. I called it Isopuke. You could also make some of your own chicken broth, but I would have NO idea how much protein you would be getting from it. Just do the best you can for the 15 days. I know that I didn't get in as much protein as I should have. When I started the second stage I could have what I loved and that was Premier Protein drink that I get at Costco. You will be OK, I promise you. Suzanne In a message dated 12/4/2010 3:36:46 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, Survivor911NY@... writes: I just had the Revision surgery last Saturday.
