Agree totally it's none of their damn business. Neither do I think they'll ask given the number of diets i've been on over the years and when i do tell them, they never do it hence the parents are now type II diabetics and both brothers in their 30's well on their way. so i'm stoppin this now hence the sleeve despite my BMI at 32. enough is enough and i'm changing the context! thanks again. really enjoying the discussions here... srw Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
