Hi ,

Just remember the 1st month is the most difficult, and you won't be able to get all the liquids in that they tell you, and just make a point to sip water ALL the time you up awake. As far as protein, Bipley on this board, really has a lot of knowledge about what is good and bad protein. So Bipley can you jump in her and tell her how to tell the difference when reading the labels.

Hello! I am going to buy new protien at GNC today and wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I don't have a costco near me but I do have a BJ's and Publix. I am on the west side of Central Fl and there are so many different proteins out there and I want to buy something that will work for me. I seen the post about the protein shots from walmart and that they are no good for you and then I seen them in the store and I say to myself how would you know by looking at the label. There is also a powdered whey protein supplement for only $16. How do I know if that is any good? I know I could order online but I would like to be able to find some nearby so i can just buy it when I need it.

Also I feel that there is not enough time in a day for me to get all my protein, eat and drink as much fluids as I am supposed to. I am on day 22 post op and trying my best to do this right.

Thanks,

Negrete

Hi Joanne!! Sorry it took so long to get back to you!! I am actually in Central Florida but I am West of Orlando. But my aunt has a home in Panama city beach. Were probably a few hours apart.
