Hi Everyone,I got to thinking just how much my life has changed since I started this journey of weight loss. There aren't enough words or time to write about all the changes I have experienced. My life has changed and I wouldn't change a thing about the journey I have been on this mission for the last 18 months. The best part really is that I am so much healthier now than I have been in the last 30 years. I set out to do this so I would look better and see if my back pain would stop hurting. Well I have achieved the weight loss and my back pain is GONE. I feel great and look a lot better too. So if you are sitting there on the fence about weather you should or shouldn't do this GO FOR IT!!! Make the choice to have the weight loss—we have tried everything else in the world and this is the ONE thing that works and will continue to work for me for the rest of my life. Get off the roller coast life of diets that have failed you in the past and move forward to making your life better for you and NO one else.

You will find that this board of people will be your stable force and they will be here to help you through the good and the bad. There are so many emotional stages that you go through also along with the weight loss and any food or medical questions you might have. We have been through this so trust me when I say there is a lot of experience on this board when it comes to our weight loss. I have NO regrets at all. The staff of doctors and nurses is an amazing group of people. I only wished I had this group of medical people practicing in my community. I have said before and I will say it again. If I need something medical done or taken care of and I thought I could get to Mexicali in time, I would go back in a heart beat to have them help me.

Take care everyone, and tell me how your life has changed since you have had weight loss surgery? I had the sleeve and for me that is the only way to do this. But, I appreciate all forms of weight loss. I just believe in what I had so very much.

I posted some new pictures. I have lost 105 pounds now and I am happy with where I am. I find it really easy to maintain the weight loss. I have a lifestyle change now, and I don't think of living life on a diet, but I have change my life and it is all for the better.

Hugs and take care of yourself, you are an important and deserving person.SuzanneSleeved 10/21/2008Start Now Goal225 120 125
