Hey Theresa,

I knew I wrote it for a reason. I am thrilled if I inspire you. And you have 1/2 the battle won if you think of it as your tool and not something magical that the weight will just melt off of you. You go girl and it is worth every dime it costs you. I figured with what I was saving in food, doctors, medication not going out and eating, and other things I would have paid myself back in 1 year and 2 months from what I was saving.

The staff of doctors and nurses is an amazing group of people. I only wished I had this group of medical people practicing in my community. I have said before and I will say it again.
