Anyone have any issues with this muscle AFTER they lost their weight?

I'm having a real problem on the left side piriformis muscle. Been to two

chiropractors and both agree this is what is causing the pain. Been to a massage

therapist and she agrees with them. The muscle is either spasming or clamping

down on the sciatic nerve which is painful. I've tried drugs (muscle relaxers),

Vicodin, Aleve (which I shouldn't be taking with my stomach (past

ulcer/irritation from Ibuprofens), stretching the muscle, massage and

chiropractic adjustment. Nothing has helped. It started out of the blue about 7

weeks ago and has become increasingly more painful. Tomorrow I'm seeing an MD

who does trigger pt. injections in muscles; I'm thinking Botox (which they do)

to paralyze the muscle (won't affect walking), but Botox is not covered by ins.

so I'm looking at paying approx. $800! Yikes. I have to do something, it's

literally kicking my butt. Just wondered if anyone else started having muscle

issues after losing a lot of weight. Yes, I take vitamins, specially

womentowomen.com, which are pharm. grade, and drink my protein. I'm down 101

pounds and am pretty much at goal. If you have had this issue or you have a

medical background, please feel free to comment. Thanks!
