This past year has been the best year yet...I'm pretty much at my goal weight, my goal was 135 but being realistic staying there is not that easy, my weight goes from being 138 to 140 which I'm happy with...At my age (41) 140 is good...My Christmas was great! My 3 sons were home and we went to the creek and had my sister take some family pictures which I posted...I usually run from the camera but now I don't as you can see I even posed in a few...I just love this new & exciting life of being thin... If your just beginning your journey with the band, you won't regret it...It is the best thing ever...The best gift I've ever given to myself is my band...And I know it's a high doallar gift but hey, we are worth it! Life is just full of wonderful discoveries as you begin to lose weight...You'll discover a new person and will have a blast along the way...
