That is a good rule of thumb when going to places such as Tijuana, Nogales, etc. But Mexicali and the type of cars they have are pretty much like in the US. It's really no different from going downtown Phoenix. I wouldn't switch cars, remove my jewelry, etc. while going downtown in my own city and I don't do things differently in Mexicali.

Just as in Phoenix I don't carry a lot of cash, I have debit/credit cards.On Feb 7, 2008 7:56 AM, Kathie <katballen@...> wrote:

Just a friendly comment: please be very careful traveling in Mexico. Do not go anywhere but your destination. Do not bring jewelry, valuables, and dress very casually. I would not drive any fancy late model cars into Mexico if I had a choice. This is not to discourage you from going, I support this process 100%. In fact, I'm scheduled for surgery shortly. I've been to Mexico many times and would love to retire in Mexico.

I can buy these at GNC?Bipley <Bipley@...> wrote: I think you might want to look at the total cost here. For example, my Matrix 5.0 comes out to about $0.55 per serving, that's a meal. I used to spend $8.00 at a fast food restaurant. My Whey Gourmet is about $1.00 per meal. Not sure how much the Unjury is. It may be an initial cost but in the end it's usually a GREAT deal cheaper than a regular meal.Vitamins... Centrum has a chewable vitamin for adults, orange or berry flavored I believe. I take

Flinstones. ;o) On Feb 6, 2008 8:58 PM, jada_katt <jada_katt > wrote: I got my samples today of the unjury and I taste tested the chicken broth, choclate and strawberry sorbet. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. How much should I buy?oh yea, and vitamins... what are you newly banded people doing about vitamins? Thanks, Dawna

it's not totally clear but it is unflavored. You can add it in anything.glynda <glyndadr@...> wrote: Dawna,Is the Unflavored drink clear?Glynda>> I got my samples today of the unjury and I taste tested the chicken > broth, choclate and strawberry sorbet.> > It was not as bad as I thought it would be. Hi everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say Hi... I'm still here, just busy with school, pregnancy (almost 21wks! It's a girl!!), my hobby (check out my website link below), and life. Everything is going great! I am struggling a little to maintain my weight... everyday I think about how strange it is that I DON'T want to lose weight now... it's just odd.

I was wondering if a couple of you would be willing to help me out. I can't seem to find a good protein powder. I live in a small town and the only source of protein that I have is the Whey Protein powders at WalMart. The only flavors they have are Choco, Vanilla, and Strawberry. While the flavors are decent, they get old very fast. I have tried experimenting to make them taste different, but it's just not cutting it. I have gotten to where I'm not even having my protein shakes at all because I can't stand the taste. So on to my question. Would anybody be willing to send me a few different flavors, maybe like single-serving size that I could try out with the information on where to get it? I hesitate to just randomly buy some online for fear that I won't like the taste and waste my money. I would be willing to pay shipping (sending it COD would be fine).

If anyone out there can help, I would much appreciate it. You can send me an email directly and I can send you my mailing information.

Thanks All! Much love from Colorado!

Hi Chrysi,

I am happy to " pay a favor forward " by sending you samples of the protein drinks

that I currently have (and love). I order all of my products through

www.netrition.com (also mentioned by Bipley) and have been very happy with their

service & prices.

I will send you an email directly so you can send me your mailing address.

Best Regards,

Kristi Griffith
