Guest guest
Hey Susy. Thanks for the nice words. It is never easy. But with the sleeve it sure gives me the tool that I need. It truly is a learning process, and sometimes it is easier to go back to the old, than to remember the new. You can do this--look how far you have come. Eight months ago we never thought we were going to be where we are now. We are the WINNERS! I think you had your sleeve after me (me October 1st). I will increase my exercise. I just got a bit discouraged and went back to my old "desperation" habit of trying whatever anyone would tell me. Bipley also suggested it may be my carb intake (likely). I realized I needed to increase my exercise and maybe cut down my calories a little. I did that and BINGO I started to lose the weight again. For me I am sure the last 20 pounds is going to be the hardest to lose. I am not too sure I would be taking any of those meds. It is something you never know for sure what is in them. It isn't worth the risk for me. Try doing what I said. I know more exercise isn't what you wanted to hear. Or write down everything you are eating again, to see just how many calories your really are putting in your body. It might surprise you. I have been on a slump and have not lost any weight in almost 4 weeks. Someone I know recommended a pill that prevents the digestion of dietary fat, hence reducing the absorption by the body. It also speeds up the metabolism. I take only 1 pill a day and the pills only contains various natural and herbal essences with no preservatives, free of medicines and heavy metals. The precaution listed is for patients with heart disease, myocardial impaction malfunction or liver of kidney, pregnant women, but does not mention anything about stomach reduction. Some people on this board have medical backgrounds. Can anyone help me and tell me if I should not be taking this pill since I have the sleeve? Dell Deals: Treat yourself to a sweet deal on popular laptops!
