Just 4 days away from getting my sleeve!

I have to admit....I definetly had a day of lasts!! On Wednesday, I decided that

since it was my last day to eat what I wanted (even though I have been on a low

cal diet to lose some weight before surgery)I would do just that! I started the

day weighing in at 265 and the next day weighed 267.2...omg! My starting weight

was 272 but I seemed to have to work really hard to get down to 265. Anyway,this

is what I ate! btw...I made myself sick¢¾ For breakfast, I went to starbucks and

had a venti white chocolate mocha with an extra shot and a chonga bagel toasted

with cream cheese. For lunch I had 2 tiger rolls, teriyaki beef with rice and a

side salad with balsamic. For dinner I shared an appetizer of spinach and

artichoke dip, then ate a 8 oz filet with garlic mashed potatoes a caesar side

salad and for dessert I literally could only bear to eat 2 bites of a creme

brulee. I'm getting sick just thinking about it! I was definetly ready to start

my atkins on thursday! Since starting on thursday I am now down to 259.8! It's

nice to know that my body does react to a low carb lifestyle and that it is the

last time I will ever be in the 270s or 260s again! I am on my way so to speak

and so excited for what this year has to offer! Please be praying for me on

Thursday since that is my day of surgery and if anyone has any last minute

words, please speak now ;) Jules

You are going to be just fine. You have made the right choice. Just remember we will all admit and tell you that the 1st month will be the most difficult for you to do. We are here to hold you hand, answer any questions (there are not stupid questions) So just ask away. You are going to love the staff and Dr. Aceves. Tell him that Suzanne said Hi.

Hi :) Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you but I have been moving, dog had surgery, kids, husband and then life.. LOL!! I just wanted to say I am excited I'm going to meet you! I will be flying to SD on the 16th which happens to be my 10 yr old daughters Bday (she is dissapointed I am missing her first double digit Bday) Anyway I am spending 2 days in SD with my oldest daughter then going to Mexicali on the 18th and my surgery is on the 19th! I am very excited and somewhat nervous!! I am now all moved in and I will be online more often so keep in touch!!
