It's been about 2 yrs' since I had a fill and I still get tight

Hello, its been awhile since I wrote on here, but it's been about 2 yrs since I

had a fill and I get tight at some points and I have to throw up. What are the

signs of having a band slip? and if my band bust can I die, I heard from a

friend that her friend past on with the lap-band. How can that be possible?
