Bonnie, yes the Herbalife green and beige tablets are good for energy....but

about 80% of the ingredients are not for O's. I actually have more energy

now that I'm eating for my blood type and not relying on stimulant herbs

that in the long run aren't good for me anyway....being O ns

Yes I have. I don't like it nearly as well as Unjury.

I've tried about 8 different kinds and I keep coming back to

Unjury Vanilla, Chocolate, and Chicken Soup.

I haven't tried the Herbalife Chicken Soup (individual packets) yet.

Had thought about it.
