Thanks for the reminder. US citizens will need a passport soon, too.

Does anyone know when this begins.

Amen to that! I wish I had done this years ago. All the years

trying to diet, Craig, diet pills, exercise until I am blue in the face

and then GAIN weight. I am finally in control of my body and don’t use food as

a remedy for my problems and challenges in life. I have had some challenges

with the weight loss, but mainly just jealousy from those around me that used

to be smaller than me. This can be difficult also as your relationships with

people CAN change because of it. I have found that to be true with women at

work and they tend to make life more difficult for me because of it. I went

from a tight 16 now to almost a 6 in womens. Juniors is different. Anyway..I

love my band and it has changed my life!!

Thanks , money is spent on so many trivial things, I will have my body for the rest of my life, it's time to invest in it for a change. wow, I have never thought of others being upset that I am getting smaller. I can see it happening though.I will just have to learn to deal with it, if I can handle all the comments about being fat, I can handle some skinny you know what. I cant wait to be in control of my body and what I put in it. I have always desired to eat healthy and be active, but my hunger would drive me crazy till I would give in and eat and eat and eat.then I would be tired and not want to do anything, such a sad life. <krrecruiting@...> wrote: Amen to that! Hey , Congrats on your successful weight loss. I never made it down for the Band in May. I went on a vacation to the Bahamas in April ( had to travel to the other side of the world to be seen in my swimsuit ) and came back SO bitten up by mosquitoes I never even saw. Then I developed a sinus infection that took almost a month to clear up. And the list goes on. So what are you down? almost 30 lbs? You make some really interesting points. I wonder what I'll do when my carb craving coping mechanisms can't be relied on. Jeez, How many times in my life have I said " I need a coke " and it can't be just any coke, it;s got to be a Mac's coke in a cup with ice and a straw. I think they still put cocaine in it- like in the olden days, only in smaller amounts. I don't know what's in it but it kept me coming back for more. When you arrive to the airport you'll go to the baggage claim area for your flight. I know I flew American Airlines and it was right where I entered from the plane because I only took a carryon. You just take a seat and in a little bit Arnesto will walk in the door w/a piece of paper w/ your name typed on it in large letters. He'll hold it up and you'll see it.... you'll be watching the door if you're like me. I just got back. It was a wonderful trip and experience.

They had me wait for Ernesto at the main baggage claim in Terminal 1.

The patient representative will tell you where. Usually they want to know your flight info so they can arrange the pick-ups.

Nina also suggested I take the 800 number to the office and call when I arrived or if I had any troubles.

It worked out well although I was my usual early self and had to wait almost an hour. Ernesto showed up at 11:00 with my name on a paper just like they said he would.

Good luck

San Diego.

If you fax your flight info to Nina, she will let Arnesto know what airline you're flying into.

That way he knows where to find you.

Do you have that fax number? I never heard from my patient care coordinator exactly what to do once I get off the plane in San Diego.. Thanks, Loretta Burson <burson.carrie@...> wrote: San Diego.
