Hi,

I try to stay away from too much bread. So I eat very small amounts of bread anymore--it is too filling and I need my protein and veggies and fruit more than I need bread. I don't do much red meat because it seems like it is harder to digest for me. So I eat more chicken and fish. I do have small amounts of red meat from time to time. Spicy food are more difficult for me, so I just stay away from them. I can have some spice just not a lot of it.

Spicy food no I am good. The proteins are ok . Bread and pasta you dont need! however bread has to be toasted if I have any and pasta very very small portions are OK. 2 years post op sleeve next month ! Marie Kindness is the language the blind can see and the deaf can hear. - Mark Twain
