Guest guest
Hi Danae, Yep, stalls or plateaus are really normal. At least they were for me. I bet you do look great. I'm just about 13 months out from surgery.I guess I want to reassure those of you who have plateaus, because I have had a LOT of them, and the first was just a month out from surgery, or just slow weight loss. But I have continued to lose weight, and if I may say so, I look GREAT, and feel wonderful. So if your weight loss is slow, or you are in the midst of what feels like an endless plateau, hang in there!!!Danae

Guest guest
I love to hear these stories since I am one of the SLOW losers. I hit plateaus for 2-3 weeks straight and get soooo frustrated since I am in the gym 5-6 days a week and eating salad just about every day. I am trying my best to patient and I know I will get there in due time. Just glad to know that I am not alone as far as the slow weight loss in concerned. I have lost 46 lbs and I know I am losing inches and I do feel great so I need to just be patient when I hit these plateaus. I know I will get there!!
