When is your surgery?

I tried the OhYeah protein shake. It has 32g of protein in it. It's not bad, tho

I don't have much to compare it to. The colder the bedder, I can tell you that!

Hi,

I also discovered Syntrax Matrix for protein and I really like them. I mix mine with Skim Milk. I am older so I am always looking for ways to get calcium in my body. Each day it gets better. Sounds like you are doing a great job. Keep up the good work, and if you need help or have any questions just let me know.

I'm 2.5 weeks post_op and found that unjury vanilla was well tolerated and not horrible tasting. It mixes well so I could get it in about 4oz of water. I found I was more likely to get protein in me if I mixed it with less water. This week I switched to syntrax matrix cookies and cream. Its pretty good stuff and you can get it at the vitamine shoppe instead of online. Both have 20 gms protein so you can make better use of your limited consumption ability.
