That is great news that you are doing so well! I am glad that you have adjusted to the sleeve and isn't it much easier to control the old dragon of an appetite? Your body adjusts easily and I feel so great!

Keep us posted in how you are doing and each stage! Don't go into the third stage too quickly. You should be on the third stage by day 21. So, be kind to your new sleeve....don't push it too hard! I had some avocados when I was in the mushie stage and they were so good! They just melted in my mouth and went down like liquid. Plus they are good for you.

I played tennis this past weekend and didn't even feel winded! My friends kept asking me if I was tired and I wasn't at all! It felt so good to be able to move my body without the extra poundage making me huff and puff!

I haven't written because I am in a new semester at the college and have been busy with my students. In this economy, there are many people returning to school trying to retrain in a new field and the college is packed! Hopefully, it stays that way! Anyway, as soon as it calms down a little, I can write more!

Good job! Keep up the great work!

Gail

Question for you, you had your surgery done Jan 13th and you mention that in 3 more days you are onto stage 3? Is that stage 3 in the post surgery diet?>> Hi, fellow sleevesters. ... from San Diego here to let you know> how I'm doing.
