I got the J & J in November and was looking for more info, like if it comes in sizes and how to tell what my band's size is, and I went to the site, http://www.realizeband.com They want Dr. Aceves' 12-digit physician number. Does anyone know what that is? Nina? There is a lot of info on it, but I can't get to the good stuff without Dr. A's number! Little help?
