It looks like next week it's going to be in the 70's so maybe I can get in a swim.Have you been to the mall in the area? Others say it petty easy to get a taxi and go shopping and I just thought I would ask you since you've been down there so many times. I wanted to pick up some stuff for my kids on my trip down. Hope everything goes great for you and when you return I will have to work on trying to have coffee with you,you know life is so busy sometimes. The winds are up to almost 100 miles an hour. Even the weatherman said he hadn't seen anything like this in 30 years. I still want to lose a bit more weight, so I'm a little bummed out. I guess I need to start exercising more to kick off my last pounds. But it had to slow down sometime. I just can't believe I lost so much in only 6 months!I have suffered from hair loss, and it sucks! At about month 4 is when my hair started coming out in clumps in the shower. Have you? I used to have thick hair, but now its thin. It makes me sad, but I know it will grow back.I do think I need to work on eating better. I still do not get enough protein in and I think I could be making better choices food-wise.But I fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear in 5 years! Guest guest Posted January 23, 2010 Report Share Posted January 23, 2010 Rose yes I started losing my hair at about 3mths I posted on this site and someone suggested biotin pills they really do help I don't lose hair anymore also that's why you need the protein that will help. I've been at this weight since Xmas soo yeah a mth I also need to lose some more but I love that people notice it already and say I look great! I will also start to go to the gym and nutrition classes just to make sure I'm on track with my food and nutrition to make sure I keep losing! It has been hard getting used to this eating right and its diffrent and soo little food! Love that! Well Rose keep up the good work and let's keep trying ok and keep in touch.
