Guest guest
My weight has stabilized too. Since I am below goal I don't have any more to lose. For the first time in my life I am happy with my weight. Yes there is skin. I'd rather empty skin than fat filled skin. Spanx is my best friend. Guest guest
Hello This is most likely tinnitus, I had it before my operation and the operation can cause it with regret and it cannot be cured but the best way to put up with it is listening to relaxing sounds such as ocean waves etc. Good luck to him with nucleus 5 that is the one I have! Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device surgery update Hi, My husband Don had surgery yesterday with Neuleus 5. He is doing quite well. The only thing is he didn't sleep well last night due to heart beat sounds in his head. Has anyone else had this and how long does it last post surgery. He goes for follow up in 3 weeks and then activated 3 weeks after that. All in all the hospital experience went well. Anyone in the Sacramento area? would be interested in talking or getting together with you. Diane

Guest guest
Hi Diane, I experienced the same thing the first few days after surgery. I also had an extremely loud hum sound for about 48 hrs. I was told by the surgeon that I probably would experience loud head noise for a few days. I had my surgery on April 22nd and was activated on May 20th. I sleep like a baby sometimes because I have no sound in the implanted ear at all now. Hope this helps, Tom > > Hi, My husband Don had surgery yesterday with Neuleus 5. He is doing quite well. Guest guest
after my surgery, I heard a loud roar - like a train whistle. And it would not stop. Was going batty. Then I was activated and PRESTO! It went away and no more tinitus either. Neely in Dallas Texas > > > > Hi, My husband Don had surgery yesterday with Neuleus 5. He is doing quite well.
