Guest guest Posted May 7, 2011 Report Share Posted May 7, 2011 They gave us spinal anesthesia as well as general anesthesia, which is why we wake up with little pain after surgery. Sometimes that can give you a " bruise " at the site where they put the needle in. It should get better with a little more time...
